Daniela Valdivia
Daniela Valdivia is a lawyer graduated from the San Pablo Catholic University in Cochabamba Bolivia. After practicing her profession both within the court of justice and as a free lawyer to represent different companies and individuals for more than 10 years, she has moved to Europe to successfully complete her master's studies in Advanced Peace Sciences and Conflict Transformation at the University of Basel, Switzerland. Subsequently, with an even more holistic and international vision, he graduated with his second master's degree in sciences of peace, security, development and transformation of international conflicts at the University of Innsbruck Austria.
Daniela has represented global firms in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings in Bolivia, having clients in the industrial, banking and mining sectors in her portfolio, as well as defending individuals in civil, criminal, commercial and family cases inside and outside of Bolivia.
